HornBlasters HornAir 232 Onboard Air System

Wanting to get onboard air but aren’t sure where to start? HornBlasters HornAir 232 Onboard Air System is the go-to onboard air kit for many customers just getting started. It is a complete 150 PSI kit that has everything you need to get onboard air for your ride. It comes complete with all necessary fittings, including a Viair 110/150 Pressure Switch with a built-in relay, safety blow-off, air gauge, and drain cock. Unlike many other onboard air systems, this one comes with 10 and 18 gauge wire, as well as a complete wiring kit including a fuse holder. Included is a Black 2-Gallon 6 Port Air Tank, which has four ¼” ports and two ½” ports. Strategic placement of the ports allows you to install your drain cock on the bottom-most port on the tank for optimal draining no matter how the air tank is oriented. The ½” ports provide optimal airflow, preventing bottlenecking that occurs in other kits. At the heart of this system is Viair’s flagship medium-duty quick-recharging air compressor, the Viair 325C. As a fast-fill compressor, the Viair 325C can recharge the tank from 110 PSI to 150 PSI in just 1 minute and 10 seconds, all while pulling only 21 amps! This system is perfect for light pneumatic applications such as emergency tire inflation or load-leveling air springs. The separate tank and compressor unit is fully sealed and able to be mounted outside and exposed to the elements. Please note: This HornAir system is not recommended for AirChime horns. HornBlasters recommends using at least a 4-gallon tank with larger-scale train horns like the P3, P5, K3, and K5; however, this kit is perfect for HornBlasters Shocker horns and Outlaw and Bandit series horns.
