Want a Conductor’s Special Train Horn Kit, but don’t have the room or the budget for one of the bigger kits? HornBlasters Conductor's Special 228H Train Horn Kit is the solution for you! This is a great 2-gallon entry-level train horn kit, featuring one of HornBlasters most popular horns, the Shocker XL Train Horns. It is great for tight install spaces, with the air source unit taking up just over a cubic foot of space. The MVP of this kit is definitely the Shocker XL Train Horn. Made of a ridiculously strong fiberglass ABS, it is very light. Unlike other horns, they don’t require a big metal manifold, making them the easiest horns to install when space is limited. Just because they’re not huge and metal doesn’t mean they don’t have a huge sound, though. The Shocker XL Train horns are the loudest horns on the market, except the real locomotive horns. These horns are paired with the HornAir 228H Air Source Unit. With its compact size, this system is great for installing in places such as toolboxes or inside a trunk. The 2-gallon tank gives you about 4 seconds of blast time and the Viair 280C Air Compressor recharges from 110 to 150 PSI in only 75 seconds! Note: Tank mounted air compressors are not fully sealed. For this reason, the manufacturer recommends the tank/compressor system be mounted in the upright position and in an enclosed space away from moisture, dirt, debris, etc. This kit does not fit HornBlasters Spare Tire Delete Bracket!
