Description

The HornBlasters Conductor's Special 544 Nightmare Edition Train Horn Kit delivers the powerful performance and the loudness you need. It features the insanely loud, American-made Shocker XL Train Horns which are hand-tuned in the USA to the government mandated train signal chord. They sound completely authentic. The 4 horns are individually mounted and can be scattered out and mounted in just about any configuration needed. The Horn Air 544K air system was designed from the ground up to work amazingly with train horns and for airing up tires and using air tools as well. The 5-gallon tank can recharge from 110 to 150 PSI in just 2 minutes and 20 seconds. This is because it is matched with an overpowered 444C compressor. The compressor is very powerful (200 PSI capable and constant duty) to ensure the best reliability, and only pulls 19 amps at its peak. With the 110/150 PSI pressure switch with a built-in relay included in the kit, it will kick the compressor on when the system drops below 110 PSI. Then when the system reaches 150 PSI, it will turn the compressor off, making this a completely self-contained unit. The relay acts as a shield for the pressure switch by taking most of the amp draw. Wiring the pressure switch and relay correctly will also allow the system to only run while the vehicle is on as well. This means the only thing you ever have to do is make sure to drain the tank of moisture on a regular basis. The kit includes: Shocker S4 Train Horns, ½” NPT electric solenoid valve, 5 gallon air tank, Viair 444C compressor, HornBlasters 110/150 PSI pressure switch, remote mountable intake filter, air filter cartridges, 10 ft. of 5/16” DOT approved air line, 17 ft. of ½” DOT approved air line, 6 ft. of 3/8” air line for intake, 17 ft. of 10 gauge power wire, 17 ft. of 18 gauge power wire, wiring kit with fuse holder, brass NPT fittings kit including safety valve and blowoff, mounting hardware, detailed instructions, and earplugs.
