The commercial-grade Meyer Super Blade is bigger and stronger than any other automatically adjustable plow on the market. It features industry-leading ground clearance for less chance of bottoming out and higher stacking. The moldboard is 32” high in the center and the adjustable wings measure 36” high, giving you unprecedented plowing efficiency. Slot and tab construction adds strength and rigidity for a more robust, precise-fitting plow. Laser cut steel components are assembled using robotic welders for exacting consistency plow after plow. Continuously welded ribs bring added strength. The wings are reinforced with ribs to let you take on the toughest plowing jobs worry-free. A tubular pivot bar with a heavy-duty center support running the entire length of the critical snow impact area of the blade provides added strength and reliability. The reliable and responsive hydraulic system comes with a custom-molded cover to protect the hydraulics from road salt and grime. It features an adjustable drop speed for more driver control and to keep the plow from slamming down. The pistol grip controller allows you to move the wings in and out, and stop at any point, with push-button simplicity. Hands-Free Plowing mode lets you use the shift lever to control the up/down movement of the blade. With double-click technology, the moldboard will complete a move without you having to continue pressing a button. Issues can be isolated and resolved by matching the controller’s flashing light sequence to the diagnostics chart on the back of the controller to keep you in the know in real time. The Super Blade simplifies electrical connection/disconnection with a two-piece plug that is faster and easier than traditional three-plug connectors. The free-standing jack stand allows you to adjust the Super Blade’s height on uneven or shifting surfaces, making on/off easy in any condition. Dura-Slick paint with Teflon is baked on to the steel for durability and better snow-rolling action.
